3 points: 1- instant sell, yep I'm onboard, sounds good. 2- you're saying that people aren't already selling 1 of something to then put a buy offer in at 1gp higher... that's been a thing forever, so seeing it without having to buy or sell something to 'price check' only affects high price low volume stuff if any. 3- i would like a better sales history that can be looked up, and if done correctly, it'll let people who know how to look for it, spot pump and dumps easy, my suggestion would be a plot point graph, most people can see where it's concentrated and easily filter out outliers even without learning statistics properly. and if its split into 2 clusters, then someones clearly trying to manipulate it. have it be 30 or 60 minutes delayed so you can only see what was sold an hour ago and no problems =)

Ge tax limit like osrs would be fair game(feels bad when you sell anything and lose hundreds of millions)

i like ge tax, i think it was smart. i flip, and pvm, and i much prefer to pay rs taxes via ge than to pay high death costs.

Alot of people seem to want a transparent history of transactions. The problem with this is price manipulation. It would be much better to show price robust aggregations in price. What I would prefer is a median price of the last X gp in volume, Y Unique transactions, and Z days (item dependent). I would also like to know volume by unit quantity sold per day and number unique accounts who bought said item over each span of time.

Honestly, instant sell is good. Everything else can be solved with more frequent updates of ge prices. Most items from the smithing rework are still not in the right price universe over 5 years later..

The tax on ge is a good thing whether you want it or not. Always trying to imply it isn't self interest, but clearly it is.

Eh, nah. Changing the GE would be dumb. The GE is the single best market place in MMO history. Changing it would just be destroying something that has worked for more than a decade now. The GE tax is fine. Deflation in a game with massive inflation is never bad. The only reason you would want a GE tax gone is if you are a long term mercher. Long term merchers win off inflation because they hold items of rarity that grow during inflation. We need an economy that grows of holding items of use not items of rarity that only grow because there is so much excess gold that everyone has to toss it somewhere.

I'd like the instant buy/sell buttons if the game told you how much you can expect to pay/receive--like, it shows you the value of an actual live offer in the GE at the time. You still run into the same issue with there needing to be a cap

100% agree with you on taxes should be removed and also bond conversion should not cost 10% if you are transferring within the same jagex account. About the rest of the g.e changes... i wish they shelf it permanently. G.E is good as it is. Hope they don't mess it up over and over again. They could instead add more features to max guild or even add a comp guild or something...

When the Wolf of the GE is telling you that sharks are going to scam these updates, probably should listen.. but I agree that no one uses the +/- 5% on the GE; either you want it now and you'll pay X amount, and you have your limit. And we already have an top/bottom offer and it's the GE @ W2. We have Ely, but rares are currently 2 weeks without update. Now, the GE prices and the street/actual prices are WAY off. Top tier dyes are @ 16b and GE says 8.6b. Should RS incorporate an Ely type bot into the GE? I get your point about the 'hourly and not minute update' but that's still within the buy-limit. Maybe show the buy sell averages at game reset. Off topic, but it would be nice if they could do a lending system so players didn't have to sell their rares in order to invest. I know it would be tricky, but it's been on my mind. Personally, I think they should stop changing things. Period.

Jagex just needs to leave our gp the hell alone. Theres a ton of other things that could use some tweaking and fixing and they wanna fix stuff that aint broke. Typical Jagex.

Last 10 transactions prices, live prices, would be more useful. Guess jagex can’t do real stock exchanges functions, even the most basic ones.

Why can't I see the money making guides when joining the server?

How many oddments did they actually give though? It couldn't have been many. I had over 600 ice creams and tons of the other stuff and I got like 7k or 8k oddments at most. Some people were paying upwards of 100k a cone and I just can't imagine that being worth it. I suppose it still might have worked out better than the current bond to key ratio but it couldn't have been that great overall.

I've been doing random flipping since Fally park - Seers bank with whips and stuff, but the concept is the same, and easier with the GE, buy low, sell higher.. great way to turn your current GP over. I'm not affiliated with any flipping clans, but I know how to ride the wave in charts. Everything you've said is truth. Is there an alternating flipping up and crashing of teleport tablets?

Flipping is definitely hard. Im able to buy items at a lower price then sell for higher but the full order wont sell.

I'm actively buying once in 2 weeks a bond for my alt I started with like 500m, now like 2months later I'm already at 2.5b and at this time right now on average I'm making around 100m+ a day. But I'm trading ressources and materials, expensive one like 10-20k/each in stack ok 10k so around 200m each 4h(potential). Often I can make 20% out of them so it's really fast now.

Just buy bonds and sell them for 140m each.

Just now coming back to RS3 and i dont even have 10m... What is a good way for me to try and even catch up my skills are behind but everything i see and find online just dont have much profit at all and its so time consuming idk if its worth it for what i can do.
